Shipping Policy
Postage is first class Royal Mail within the UK only. All parcels are sent out the next working day. All products will be adequately packaged so they are secure during transit. Postage and packaging costs are specified on the product. Orders over £75 are entitled to FREE delivery.

There is the option to pick up from the salon, simply choose this option at the checkout and you'll be notified when your package is ready to collect.
Return & Exchange Policy
If your product is faulty or damaged it can be returned for a refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on opened products unless faulty.
Returns can be sent to Grateful Heads, 32 Alexandra Street Southend-on-Sea SS1 1BU or can be dropped off to the same address in person. If you are mailing your item please ensure it is adequately packaged and you have proof of postage for the return of the item.

We can only exchange an item if it is unopened and in the same condition as it was sent out to you. Exchanges requested by mail will be subject to an additional shipping fee for the new product and the cost of returning the product is at your own expense, however, we can do this free of charge in the salon.
