Cancellation Policy

In salon and telephone bookings require a 50% deposit for selected services.

 

Should you cancel with less than 48hrs notice you will not receive a refund and this deposit can not be transferred to a future appointment.

 

Should you need to reschedule with more than 48hrs notice, please call the salon to do this and your deposit will be transferred to your future appointment.

 

Should you need to cancel (and do not wish to re book) with more than 48hrs notice you will receive a refund less 5% administration charge.

 

Should you give less than 48hrs notice for cancellation you will need to pay in full for the missed service In addition to the service that you wish to book in order to secure your future appointments.

 

Extensions have a bespoke deposit system in place with the individual stylist please speak to your stylist.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Grateful Heads Ltd. is not responsible for lost vouchers. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Vouchers expire on 31st December of the year following the year in which it was purchased unless otherwise stated. Gift vouchers must be presented at time of appointment.

Tag Grateful heads on Facebook @gratefulheads or Instagram @gratefulheadsessex and you will be entered in to a quarterly draw to win a selection of hair products. Winner will be chosen at random. Multiple entries allowed. Prize is not redeemable for cash. If prizes are not claimed within 3 months of being drawn, they will go in to the next draw.
